Returns & Refund Policy

1.    All goods supplied remains vested in METROBERRY ONLINE until payment is made in full.
2.    We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the goods at the time of purchase, or METROBERRY ONLINE have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.
3.    The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered within 5 days of date of delivery.
4.    Goods should be returned in their original sale able condition and packaging as supplied by METROBERRY ONLINE and accompanied by the invoice.
5.     If we as well as the supplier agrees that the goods are faulty, we will either refund you or send you a replacement unit at no extra cost.
6.     METROBERRY ONLINE reserves the right to reasonably decline any order and/or to suspend delivery and/or to decline to supply the products to the customer.
